Introducing the Fresh Aero Hydraulic EasyLift System for RV 4, 6, 7, 8, 9 & 10 Series Aircraft
When lifting RV aircraft, we know special care is needed to assure safe and damage free lifting. Fresh Aero Aviation        manufactures lift systems for Grumman small aircraft and is now introducing a hydraulic "EasyLift" for RV 4, 6, 7, 8, 9 & 10 series aircraft that will lift both tail and nose gear configurations with safety and ease. The Fresh Aero RV EasyLift was developed to easily and safely lift each main gear and wheel assembly without lifting the strut. Also, a nose gear plug-in crossbeam to lift RV nose gears is almost ready and will be posted on our web site soon. The lift points for raising the main gear with the EasyLift are the standard forged or stainless steel tiedown eyebolts attached to the spar - a common and very robust lifting hard point. Innovative features include ....... Six ton heavy duty hydraulic cylinder coupled to a robust welded steel support structure with a 17 inch square 11 gauge base to enhance stability Support structure is heavily powder coated with a very tough and attractive hammer finish. This finish looks great and will last a lifetime. 1 1/4 inch ram with 1 inch diameter acme threaded rod for easily adjusting height prior to lifting Lifts at the tiedown hardpoint, not the strut or wheel axle, for excellent access when performing strut, wheel or tire maintenance Steel cup socket that securely captures the 1 ½ inch OD tiedown eyebolts commonly used on RVs Balanced heavy duty carrying handle for easy transporting and handling Optional integrated caster wheels on base for easy transporting. Just tip the lift and roll. Locking collar on ram for added safety Tool holder for jack pump handles and locking collar wrench is integrated with base for easy and quick access to tooling No assembly required! This Lift is not a kit! The EasyLift is has a one piece welded frame and is not bolted together like most jacks. It works right out of the box. Just drop  the acme adjustment screw/cup socket into the extension ram and you're ready to go. Attention EAA chapters and RV Groups If there are several RVs in your chapter or group, you may want to share the cost and purchase an EasyLift to service all your aircraft. It doesn’t get any easier than this Shipping Costs: We will ship the RV EasyLift system in a 20x20x24 inch box. A wood inner frame is built into the box to properly support the unit during transit.
