Introducing the Fresh Aero Electric EasyLift      System for RV 4, 6, 7, 8 & 9 Series Aircraft

Fresh Aero Aviation  manufactures lift systems for Grumman small aircraft and is now introducing a motorized "EasyLift" for RV 4, 6, 7, 8, & 9 series aircraft that will lift both tail and nose gear configurations with ease.

The Fresh Aero RV EasyLift was developed to easily and safely lift each main gear and wheel assembly without lifting on the strut.

The lift points for raising the main gear with the EasyLift are the standard forged or stainless steel tiedown eyebolts attached to the spar - a common and very robust lifting hard point.

2 ton 12 volt motorized scissors jack coupled to a robust welded steel support structure with a 17 inch square 11 gauge base to enhance stability

Chrome moly ram and ram guide with 1 inch diameter acme threaded rod for adjusting height and preloading prior to lifting

Steel cup socket that securely captures the 1 ½ inch OD tiedown eyebolts commonly used on RVs

Optional integrated caster wheels on base for easy transporting. Just tip the lift and roll.

Remote control cable length is 4 ½ feet from the jack and power cord is 9 ½feet from from the remote control for a total power cord length of 14 feet. The power cord terminates with a standard 12 volt dc receptacle plug

Hand operated remote control includes integrated high intensity LED light for easy and safe control of lift even under poor lighting conditions 

Supplied with a standard 12 volt dc power plug and an alligator clip to 12 volt receptacle adaptor. Lift can be powered by your aircraft, car, truck, SUV or any stand alone 12 volt battery.

Beautiful silver bronze hammertone powder coated finish

Very minor assembly required. Just drop in the ram and screw it onto the jack pad cup. No tools required!

We manufacture the EasyLift Systems in Tennessee and will normally have one in stock.  If we are back ordered, the wait time is about 2 weeks.  Please call or email us for wait time and other info.  

Shipping Costs:

We will ship the RV EasyLift system in a 20x20x24 inch box. A wood inner frame is built into the box to properly support the unit during transit. Shipping weight with the inner wood frame will be about 47 pounds. We have considered fabricating the EasyLift as a disassembled system for lower shipping costs but wanted to make this unit as rigid as possible and eliminate any assembly on your part.  We wish we could get our EasyLifts to our customers for less but this is about the best we can do at this time. To avoid shipping costs, you might want to consider picking an Easy Lift up in person (see note at bottom of page).
